We
have all been tested and think we know our limits. But do we really know our
limits? We can know the limits of a balloon. Keep blowing air into a balloon
and when it bursts we know the balloon’s limit, just a little less than the
last puff added to it.
You
may have been tested, but do you know your limit? Was your last test your
limit? Could you grow bigger, or do more? If you didn’t burst I guess you
probably can. But too often we judge it was too much work, too much stress, in
fact you think you almost burst so better not do more, don’t try harder,
because you might burst.
Well
guess what, people do not burst like balloons. People fail. And it is failing
that makes them think they burst or were so close to bursting that that stopped
trying.
